Make a plan for success

 

Once you have purchased our mints, it is important to pick a date you are going to begin taking them. On that date, begin with the instructions below.

Instructions: Dissolve mints under tongue. Start by using two mints per day, one in the morning, one in the early afternoon. Add a third in the evening if needed. Most users find one mint at a time to be effective. If you do not, try taking two mints at a time or take more often.

It is a good idea to weigh yourself before you begin. After that, do not weigh more than once a week. Weighing more often may add to your anxiety. If you find that you are not losing weight, try using a simple calorie counting app. Eating is a habit. Even with less of an appetite, you may find yourself eating more than you need because you are used to it.

It’s important to note that results may vary. For some people, reducing caloric intake may be all that is needed to achieve the results they are looking for. For others, adding exercise or incorporating a healthier meal plan could be needed as well. We recommend trying the mints for at least 4 weeks and ideally 6 weeks to gauge the right dose for your body and lifestyle.
